Geta are Japanese footwear with a flip-flop sandal top and an elevated wooden base. Iron (Tetsu) geta are made out of heavy iron instead of wood and are the equivalent of modern leg weights. Our popular Iron Sandals are available in three variations (combined weight): 3kg/6.5lbs, 4kg/9lbs or 5kg/11lbs. One size fits all.
