JJ-400 Diamond Fabric
Low density jacket that feels very light and soft on the body. This item is labeled "production on order", so it may take 5-10 additional days to ship the Gi.
JJ-410 Sashiko Fabric
High density jacket, this is the standard Jiu-Jitsu Gi and one of our all-time top selling items.
JJ-420 Mixed Fabric
Medium density jacket. The upper part is made of Sashiko Fabric, the lower part is made of Diamond Fabic. This item is labeled "production on order", so it may take 5-10 additional days to ship the Gi.
Find the right size for your body type
You can order jacket and pants in different sizes for a perfect fit. In the options below you will find our average "Size x Height" ratio. Nevertheless we strongly recommend you check the detailed measurements chart (the last image on the right) and compare it to your best fitting Gi. The numbers on the chart already include our shrinkage rates, this way you know for sure what size or sizes to pick. Please note that custom made sizes 1L, 2, 2L, 6L and 7 cannot be exchanged.

Custom Sizes
We also give you the option of ordering custom sizes. For example: jacket with the length of a size 5 and width of a size 4L. Custom sizes must be ordered through our customer service. It takes 2-3 weeks to produce and it cannot be exchanged or returned. The price is 20% higher. Contact us for further details.

Purchased both the JJ-410 Sashiko Gi in blue last January 2011 and the JJ-400 Diamond Gi in white January 2012 from ChokeSports.
Both Isami Gi's are really durable, has a perfect fit and really comfortable to wear! Looks great on and you can customize it with a big variety of patches.

It's quite honestly the most comfortable gi I have ever worn (And I've worn many). The quality and craftmanship are second to none. The only problem I had was with the fit. Really didn't suit me. Perhaps it that is because of my body type, or that I chose the wrong size. I definitely hope to purchase this gi again in the near future.

My first gi from Isami (double weave), I been having now for five years, training reguarly, washing it at least once a week. There's not a tear on it, patches of course are faded a little, but not much. I see no reason why it should'nt last for many years still.
I just received my new gi from Isami. I had it delivered from Japan within five days. Before orderíng I had a few questions, which the company answered promptly, and helped me choose the right gi for me. I can only say I had excellent service. And that Isami is the best and most durable gi I ever owned.

I had problem finding a gi that would fit me until i found this site
where i could give them all my measurements and they would acctualy custom make one for me. the fabric is sashiko double weave and wery sturdy, but it feels wery soft on the skin.
The service i recieved was second to none.
I´m super pleased with this gi and will order another one soon.

I've had my Isami blue double weave gi for over 2 years now, and it has taken a beating!!! 8 bjj classes a week !! my favorite gi and the most comfortable I own!! well worth every penny! It did shrink a bit, I have a size 6L top and 6 pants, will order size 7 top and 6L pants next time!! quality is just awesome!! Keep up the good work!!

Awesome gi for training and competition . the double weave gi is so durable and nice and heavy, perfect for conditioning, I own 5 gis and the isami was my first gi and is still by far my favorite. Bought 2 of these gis. One mixed wave one diamond. Both are amazing to roll with. Service from Chokesports is very fast in answering questions about sizing, and post sale questions too.
Mixed weave is the softest I have tried;In comparison my old gi feels like sandpaper. I like the loose fit that it gives me and no matter what I try it always stays tucked nicely and does not hamper my movement
Also the patches, green patch with "Japanese Classic" is -aw3som3-. I still have problems trying to understand the meaning behind Real of Reals though.
By all means buy one of these.

I just finished training with my new Isami double weave Gi (diamond pattern). I also must say its light yet sturdy enough to pull off throws too. I mostly impressed with delivery time and customer service, the people over here are as professional as they get, the commnication was also great (via email). Overall i am very pleased with the whole transaction, i cant wait to get another Gi.....maybe white this time. It was well money spent.

This is the best gi I own (white JJ-410 sashiko weave). Been wearing Korals since I started BJJ five years ago so I was very surprised when someone recommended this Japanese Isami double weave. I always thought the best gis were made in Brazil, but this gi is in a class of its own. I like my gis to be comfortable as I'm not really into tight, thick double weaves like some of my mates. I'd definitely recommend this gi to anyone who cares about what they wear on the mats.

This gi is the best gi I own. I train every day and fluctuate between an white atama single weave, white fuji single weave, white ronin brand single weave, white double weave mizuno, and a white double weave full sashiko isami. the isami gi is the cleanest, sturdiest gi I own. the brightness of the white gi does not fade or become dirty, the weave is thick and strong, incredibly comfortable to wear, not awkward or baggy, and you barely notice the gi. the cut of the gi is a true, 100% bjj kimono fit and does not stiffen up when air-dried.
All in all, this gi is the best you can buy ANYWHERE. Isami's are the best.
