On the inside, it is possible to tie the shorts for a perfect fit with no risk of having the knot undone while you grapple. One of the coolest features of the RVDDW Grappling Shorts is the stretch fabric especially placed in between the legs to provide an extra slack when the action gets too intense on the mats. Reviewer: Jon from California    These are hands down my favorite grappling shorts. The material is lightweight but feels very sturdy. I originally bought a size medium but they ended up being a bit too snug so I returned them for a size large which fit me perfectly (the new shorts came very quickly too). I would advise anyone to heed the warning about Japanese sizes and order a size up! I've had the shorts for over a year now and they show very little signs of wear. I was concerned that the elastic material in the crotch would wear out quickly as it feels very thin and light, but it's held up fine. I would definitely buy another pair, these are the Rolls-Royce of grappling shorts!
