Our system is secure and tested on a daily basis. However some customers have experienced problems during checkout. The two most common reasons are:
a) The billing information you entered does not match your credit card records.
Solution: Check your credit card details and make sure to enter all the required information in the proper fields. If the billing information seems correct, then double check it for spelling errors. Keep in mind that you have the option to have the order shipped to a different address, in which case you must enter both the billing information and the shipping information during checkout.
b) The transaction was declined. In other words the card was declined by the issuer bank.
Solution: You should contact the bank where you have the credit card and try to resolve the issue directly with them. Alternatively, use a different credit card to pay for your order.

- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Express (EMS Express): 3-5 days. This is our recommended shipping method. It has top priority among international mails. Your parcel is insured and it can be tracked online. Express is actually cheaper than Standard for orders that weigh less than 3kg/7lbs.
Standard (SAL Economy): 2-3 weeks. This is our economic shipping method. This is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries.
Processing Time: please allow 3-5 business days to process your order regardless of the shipping method you select. Some of our products are stored in different places and may need to be sent to our distribution center in Saitama for packing and processing. Our staff will be in touch with you throughout the entire process to make sure you are informed of the status of your order.
- DO YOU SHIP ORDERS FROM WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)?
No, we keep all our stock in Japan. Your order will be shipped directly from our main warehouse in Saitama. This allows us to keep a full stock and provide low prices.
- WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?
We use Japan Postal Service for all orders that are shipped directly from our web distribution center in Saitama. This is the fastest, cheapest and most reliable service out of Japan. We have been using it for many years and can highly recommend it.
- CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER VIA FEDEX OR UPS?
We strongly recommend Japan Postal Service which is already integrated in our system. However, if you prefer to have your order shipped via FedEx or UPS, please contact our customer service directly to provide your account information so we can schedule a pickup. Please note that both shipping methods are more expensive than JPS.
- MY ITEM IS HELD AT CUSTOMS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our products are shipped directly from Japan to the entire world. Most orders are delivered without any delays. However, depending on the country where you live, the local customs office might hold your item to charge local taxes. Once you pay the local taxes, your parcel will be released and delivered to you.
You should contact the local customs office right away to provide the order invoice, pay the import taxes and retrieve the parcel without any further delay. To view and print the order invoice for your records, please click on the link provided in the tracking info email we sent you.

So an order for USD 100 (USD 80 merchandise + USD 20 shipping) will give you a total of 160 points (worth USD 3.20). Points are awarded only after the order has been dispatched and completed. If an item is returned or exchanged and the total cost of your order changes, the points will be updated to reflect the accurate amount spent.

Gracie Magazine subscriptions and their bonus items are shipped from a warehouse in the United States. No tracking is available for these items. The delivery times are as follows:
USA & Canada: the first issue takes 10 to 15 days to arrive.
Other Countries: the first issue takes 25 to 30 days to arrive.

1) Wash Gi only, don't wash it with other articles.
2) About 40°C water.
3) Never use bleach.
4) Squeeze lightly.
5) Dry in the shade, making to original shape.
6) Don't 100% tumble dry: dry in the shade after 80% tumble dy.
7) Dry-cleaning is ok.
8) Hot steam iron with a damp cloth, if needed.
- CAN I TUMBLE/MACHINE DRY MY NEW GI?
We do not recommend it. You may tumble dry the uniform up to 80% and then hang dry it in the shade.

We distribute our parent company Isami's official Kyokushin dogis and belts made in Japan. Although most of these items are available to the general public, there are some exceptions.
