How the Partnership Began
Late 1990s — The Connection
ChokeSports’ roots span Brazil and Japan, shaped by close ties with the Gracie Family and firsthand exposure to events like PRIDE, K-1 and IBJJF. During this period, a direct relationship with Isami began—one that would grow through shared values and trust built over time.
2006 — The Partnership
That relationship evolved into a formal international partnership, built on consistency, craftsmanship, and ongoing collaboration with Japanese manufacturers.

ChokeSports serves a global community of dedicated practitioners, shipping premium, Japan-made equipment to thousands of loyal customers in over 50 countries.
