General Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your ChokeSports.com purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange*. We require that:
- Items are returned in original packaging
- Products are unworn and in original condition
- Returns are made within 30 days of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order or customized items (selected belts, gis, gloves)
- Compression shorts
- Groin cups
- Mouthguards
- Sports bras
- Clearance items
*Note: Custom orders cannot be modified once production begins.
Return Process
- Email our support team at support@chokesports.com
- Receive return authorization after purchase verification
- Print and include your order receipt in the return package
- Ship items to our warehouse in Japan using a tracked & insured method
Important: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.
Fees and Refunds
For Unshipped Orders:
- A 5% fee applies to cover payment processing charges
- 95% of the order value will be refunded to your original payment method
For Shipped Returns:
- A 5% restocking fee applies
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Refunds process to original payment method
Store Credit Option:
- Request store credit instead of refund
- No processing fees apply
- Valid for future purchases on ChokeSports.com
Refund Timeline
- Processing time: 5 business days after receiving return
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear
- Store credit: Immediate upon return approval
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged/incorrect items
- Description of the issue
For verified claims:
- Return shipping costs covered by ChokeSports
- No restocking fee charged
- Full refund or replacement provided
Note: Claims must be filed within 48 hours due to insurance claim limitations
Unclaimed Packages
- Packages refused or unclaimed will be disposed of by carrier
- No refund will be issued for unclaimed orders
- Contact support immediately if you cannot accept delivery
