INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY
We have regular customers all across the globe and ship worldwide on a daily basis. If you can't find your country during checkout, please contact our support team.
We use Japan Post as well as private carriers DHL and FedEx to provide express delivery from Japan to international customers. Shop with confidence and receive door-to-door tracking updates.
PLACES WE CANNOT SHIP TO
- shipments to Russia are currently suspended.
- shipments to Business Addresses and PO Boxes are only available with regular express mail (eg. Japan Post, USPS).
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
All ChokeSports.com orders are packed and shipped directly from our main warehouse in Saitama, Japan. We process and dispatch orders on regular business days (Mon-Fri) except for national holidays in Japan. Orders are shipped via Japan Post's express service (EMS Express) or express courier (DHL, FedEx). All shipments feature door-to-door tracking and a signed proof of delivery is usually required.

CUSTOM MADE GEAR
If your order contains custom made gear such as selected belts, gis and gloves, then you must take in consideration the time required to custom make these items for you. You'll find detailed information on each product page. Our delivery times kick-in from the moment your custom order leaves the warehouse. In other words, we provide express delivery, not express production. You'll receive a completion estimate a few days after the order is placed so you know in advance when it will ship.
DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
ChokeSports.com orders are shipped from Japan with duties and taxes unpaid. All customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees have not been pre-paid and you are responsible for paying these at the time of delivery (if there are any). We are not able to estimate the cost for this, so we suggest checking with the local tax authority in your area for more information.
When your order arrives, your local courier may ask you to pay import fees before delivery. These charges are imposed by your country's customs office, not ChokeSports. It's also your responsibility to make sure that any item(s) ordered are not restricted for importation into your country. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
To avoid delays or extra costs, please make sure someone is available to receive your order. Packages that are refused or not claimed at customs or the post office are typically returned to the sender. However, depending on the country and carrier, some parcels may be disposed of instead of being returned.
