Yes. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your ChokeSports.com purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund, store credit or exchange*. We require that:
- Items are returned in original packaging
- Products are unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Returns are made within 30 days of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order or customized items (selected belts, gis, gloves)
- Compression shorts
- Groin cups
- Mouthguards
- Sports bras
- Clearance items
*Note: Custom orders cannot be modified once production begins.
Fees and Refunds
For Unshipped Orders:
- A 5% fee applies to cover payment processing charges
- 95% of the order value will be refunded to your original payment method
For Shipped Returns:
- A 10% restocking fee applies to cover card processing charges and administrative costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Refunds process to original payment method
Store Credit Option:
- Request store credit instead of refund
- No processing fees apply
- Valid for future purchases on ChokeSports.com
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — ChokeSports covers the return shipping cost in these cases (standard return shipping is otherwise the customer's responsibility).
Refund Timeline
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of us receiving them.
- Credit card refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days after processing.
- Store credit is applied immediately upon return approval.
