Description

🧼 Washing & Shrinkage

  • Expect Some Shrinkage: Your gi isn't pre-shrunk. It may look a bit large at first, but will adjust to the perfect size after 2-3 washes.
  • Washing Instructions: Wash at a maximum of 40°C. Avoid bleach to protect the fabric's integrity. Dry cleaning is safe.

👕 Drying

  • Hang Dry Method: Use separate hangers for the top and pants. Dry in the shade to maintain its shape.
  • Tumble Dry Caution: If using a tumble dryer, stop at 80% dryness to prevent excessive shrinkage. Then, hang it to finish drying.

🩸 Stain Management & Rotation

  • Quick Action for Stains: Wash immediately after practice if stained, especially with blood, to avoid permanent marks.
  • Rotation Strategy: Like many of our customers  who train frequently, consider rotating multiple gis. This ensures a fresh gi for each session and extends the life of each one.

the traditional cut of the k-100 is what i like the most along with the fabric. i've gone through a dozen over the years, this is the most comfortable with unrestricted movement. the k-100 does not look like a dress like most of the new ones available in the U.S.
