At the moment, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
Here’s why:
- International Postal Service to the USA is suspended and this is the only method that supports military addresses (more info here).
- We are currently shipping from Japan to the USA exclusively with FedEx and DHL Express.
- Unfortunately, these carriers do not service APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
What you can do
If you’re a U.S. military customer and want to place an order, the best option is to:
- Ship to a civilian address in the U.S. (family, friends, or a freight forwarder).
- Forward the package to your military location from there.
We know this is not ideal, and we’ll update our shipping options as soon as postal services resume.
