Compression shorts fit tight/snug the way they are supposed to, but not to the point of being uncomfortable or cutting off circulation. They came with the cup already inside and the cup didn’t create any discomfort nor move much within its place. Taking the cup out and putting it back in required a little finesse to make sure the cup fit perfectly inside the compression pouch, but aside from that these are very nice and worked perfectly during training WITH and WITHOUT the cup.
