For BJJ, this is the best knee pads you can buy! It's low profile and doesn't slip off. You can honestly forget you have them on. Having used the wrestling ISAMI Knee pads for 2 1/2 years, i consider these pads to be an upgrade. I wish they came in black and had free shipping, but hey i'm not complaining. You get what you pay for and these are fantastic!
I have used the grappling knee pads 4 times now and I only have the highest praise for them. They are a low profile pad so they hide well under your gi and I haven't noticed any restrictions to leg movements. They fit nice and tight and they DON'T move! With all the drilling and rolling at practice, I haven't had to readjust them at all. I would recommend these for someone looking for a top notch knee pad for grappling. I am 5'9 160lbs
I got a pair of these when I purchased a new Isami Tora kimono. They are easy to put on and don't slip off during sparring, just like the description says. I can recommend these kneepads if you are mostly a top guy/guard passer like me.
