📅 Custom belts are handmade to order rather than pulled from stock. The estimated timeline is listed in the Pre-Order box directly under the Add to Cart button. When capacity allows, a rush upgrade is available at checkout to shorten that window. This upgrade must be selected when placing the order and cannot be added afterward. This lead time ensures our craftsmen have sufficient time to create your personalized belt with the attention to detail it deserves. Thanks for your understanding.
📧 Pre-order now and you'll receive the following email updates:
a provisional shipping estimate a few days after placing the order.
the precise shipping estimate when the item has moved through various stages of production.
door-to-door tracking once the order has shipped.
✅ Because these belts are made to order and unique, they cannot be returned or exchanged. So please make sure to double check all the details before completing your order. Once we start working on the belt, no changes will be accepted. All sales are final.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING 🤩
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yoshi T. from USA "Osu! I am very impressed for the love of detail. These are the ultimate belts money can buy."
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Robert C. from UK "Outstanding quality. Having just received my belt from you, I am amazed by the workmanship that has gone into it, just beautiful!"
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alice from USA "I gave this belt to my husband for his Karate promotion. He said that after 15 years of training this is the best black belt he's ever had."
BELT MODEL: Which one is right for you?
➡️ F-1000 is a stiff black belt made of silk and the most premium model we make. It has a unique shine and texture that stands out everywhere. When this belt starts to fray, the white inner core will show. It's 42mm 1.65in wide with 13 stitch lines. ➡️ F-500 is a more affordable version of the F-1000 belt: it's a stiff belt made of shiny satin fabric. When this belt starts to fray, the white inner core will show. It's 42mm 1.65in wide with 9 stitch lines. ➡️ F-910 is wrapped in a textured fabric that will fray faster than standard belts in order to show the red core. The red core symbolizes your dedication to the martial arts and we hope it will inspire you to train harder. It's 42mm 1.65in wide with 9 stitch lines.
🧵 CUSTOM EMBROIDERY
Personalize your new Isami Black Belt with beautiful embroideries in English and in Japanese. There are six fonts to choose from and 10 different colors. We reserve about 8in 20cm of each belt end for embroideries. Long text will be resized to fit within that space.
INTEGRATED EMBROIDERY
Our Isami Black Belts feature integrated embroideries. This is the most premium method of embroidery and also the most resistant. We embroider the fabric first and then we make the belt. There will be no trail on the reverse side, but the belt stitch lines will be over the embroidery. The final product is unique and stunning!
📏 BELT WIDTH: 42mm, 45mm, 50mm
Now you can choose how wide your Isami Black Belt should be.The standard belt width is 42mm (1.65in) but we also make wider variations that are 45mm (1.80in) and 50mm (2.00in). They are especially popular with bigger fighters/instructors who need a belt that will match their large frame.
🚿 BELT WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
In Japan it is uncommon to wash the obi martial arts belt. However many of our international customers like to wash their belts. We recommend hand washing (with hand soap) and hang drying in the shade.
Please note that regular washing will accelerate the belt's aging process and might cause it to shrink further than estimated. It will still be functional and last for many years though.
BELT SHRINKAGE
Your new Isami Black Belt will shrink naturally due to humidity and sweat. That's why we say in Japan that "the fabric is alive". Below you'll find our estimated shrinkage rates for each model. Please take this in consideration when selecting your optimal belt size...
F-1000: 4%
F-500: 5%
F-910: 5%

Outstanding quality. Having just received my Belt from you, I am amazed by the workmanship that has gone into it, just beautiful! My only issue was nothing to do with you but was with the customs charge from British Border Force here in England which cost me another £87 pounds,But the quality of the Belt still made up for this,Thank you,Osu!

Everything was as advertised and arrived as scheduled. A bit pricey but great quality. The box was so Pricey but nice. I will purchase form choke sports again.
I am the senior black belt at the dojo. We just recently promoted a student to Shodan. We are waiting for his certificate to arrive.I always provide the belt for newly promoted Shodan. I am holding the belt for the big day. The belt is beautiful. I will be proud to award it to a man who has gone beyond earning it.
My decision to order this belt was to get something special and it did not disappoint. After 25 years of training, this is the first belt I have purchased for myself.I gifted my own black belt, that was presented to me some years ago, to one of my students who recently graduated to Shodan. One day, it will be handed to one of his students when they too graduate.I wanted a replacement can one day become an heirloom, that can be handed down the line, so to speak. The quality and attention to detail on the belt are exemplary.Additionally, the level of contact and service from ordering through to delivery was excellent. Thank you!I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to as many as I can.Kindest Dave
Beautiful belt with fast and good costumer service. Costumer service was super helpful with helping me with a bit of custom not normally done with this model and even realised a configuration mistake I made. Love the quality and feel. Will update review after 1 month of using.
Osu! I am very impressed for the love of detail. These are the ultimate belts money can buy. I can't wait to have my 1st degree kyokushin blackbelt, so i can buy one of the custome made belts :-)
I''m really impressed that all the details turned out exactly the way I''d requested. I gave this belt to my husband for his Karate promotion. He said that after 15 years of training this is the best black belt he''s ever had.
I''ve been using the F-1000 belt made of silk for the past couple of weeks. It''s a thick core model so it''s taken this long to start to break and fall into place. It feels great, definitely not like your average belt. It has a very nice shine and texture that I''d never seen on a belt. I just wish I had also ordered the belt strap from ChokeSports to help keep the belt tied especially now in the beginning when it''s still a bit stiff. I guess I''ll get it when I order one of their Double Weave Gis.
