The mitt measures 17.7" x 7.1" x 3.9" (45 x 18 x 10 cm) and weighs only 2.9 lbs (1.3 kg), light enough to hold for extended rounds. The top-loading zipper with steel pull allows the foam insert to be removed and replaced. Three reinforced arm straps, not two, hold the pad firm even when the kick hits off-center.
