Glad I went with the size XL for the long spats. I'm a 5'06", 165 lb male and I was worried the XL might be too long for my height but it turned out to work well, providing coverage past my calves. The product looks good, fits well, and offers good range of motion.

I have two pairs. These long spats are great for our summer nogi BJJ training. I wear them under a pair of RVDDW fight shorts. I have very hairy legs and prefer to wear the spats instead of Gi pants. Don't want my teammates to eat hair balls while grappling me lol
