This is exactly what I need for that extra protection to my ankle during sparring sessions especially since people don’t realize that while shinguards are protective enough, they leave a gap for your ankles to get injuries and bruised easily when you kick to the body and it’s blocked by their elbows and it hurts a lot and throws you off your rythm. This instep guard while it’s mainly for Karate and TKD can help a lot in Muay Thai especially during training and sparring. They are definitely inexpensive and worth the price.
